What are some good uses for a custom product?

Are there any hidden fees / costs?
NO, At Chicago Cop Stuff we believe in a flat rate pricing structure. What we quote you is the price, PERIOD!
Is there an artwork or mold fee?
NO, However we do require a $25 artwork fee before any image proofs are created. This fee is non-refundable if an order is NOT placed. If an order is placed the $25 will be applied as a credit towards the balance due.
Is there a minimum quantity of pieces required to place an order?
Yes, We require a minimum quantity of 150 pieces per item, per order on most items. However we can do quotes for patches for a minimum quantity of 25 pieces.
What type of metal is used in our products?
As a standard we use a bronze alloy as the base material with a Nickel or Polished Brass plated finish. We can have items manufactured with other metals and finishes if requested. There is an additional cost for metal or finish upgrades and in some cases the cost may be lower depending on the material requested. From experience we have determined that bronze alloy is the most durable metal at the most cost effective price.
How long do orders take before I take delivery?
Orders can take up to five weeks after final approval of artwork before they arrive. This time frame does not take into account Holiday or Weather Conditions. Please note that all items are manufactured over seas and are shipped via container ship.

Pantone Color Options
Chicago Cop Shop uses PANTONE® colors as the standard for product color matching. We have provided the available colors on our Pantone Color Chart page for your convenience. See a color you like, no problem let us know and we will use it in your product artwork and final production run of your custom order.
